Ely Lions Futsal Club or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
Ely Lions Futsal Club reserve the right to remove from our program, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behavior.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up to date should this change by emailing us at – elylions.fc@gmail.com
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use and keep us up to date should this change using the given email address.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
If you decide to depart the club, you need to put it in writing to the club and if you have made a subscription payment under no circumstances will this be refunded or carried over. To cancel your subscription, you need to allow 5-10 working days prior to the payment date of 1st of the month. This allows time for cancellations to be processed. Ely Lions Futsal Club cannot cancel a subscription without written request.
Ely Lions Futsal Club have the right to decide if a refund is to be received. In the event of exams taking over the hall if no alternative is provided a refund will be made - if an alternative provision is arranged no refund will be made.
If sessions are cancelled on Ely Lions Futsal Club behalf No refund will be given but we may pause subscriptions depending on how long the cancellation is for. This is at discretion of the clubs decision.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
Payment is to secure your space at Ely Lions Futsal Club any missed sessions your fees do not carry over.
You will treat members of Ely Lions Futsal Club with respect including coaching staff.
